Well, I keep saying that I want to get into LJ more, so, I guess now is as good a time as any to start. At the monent I am in NYC with ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) doona_rose, one of the last stops of our 2 month adventure/trip. Although I am looking forward to my own bed and seeing my friends again, I'm also so sad to be going home. It is very hard to explain, but I guess the travelling has become a kinda of new way of life for me. I love it. Heaps. And we have done some seriously awesome stuff. We met John Barrowman, three times. Got photos and autographs to prove it! Seriously, what a totally cool thing to do. AND we got to meet chicklet73 IN PERSON. I mean, I love the internet and e-mailing and msn-ing is cool, but to meet someone in the flesh...wow. And, if it's possible, she was about 1000% cooler in real life. Two and a half days was way way to little time.
Anywho, running out of time, but wuill try to update this a lot more often!!!! |

OMG yay update! *falls over*
You're right - two-ish days was WAY too short. What the hell was I thinking? I sat all resentful at work today thinking I COULD BE IN NYC and missing you quite a lot.
It was a truly wonderful experience, getting to meet you. Sometimes life can be surprising in such a good way; who would have thought a year ago that we, at our opposite ends of the Earth, would be sharing coffee and bagels and handwritten smut in a little place on 8th Avenue live and in person someday? YAY!
(p.s. I think you have a lovely voice. Do you suppose that if we asked Barrowman nicely he'd let us pop onstage next panto and back him up?)
